Georges Road Vineyard Partnership is a New Zealand owned licensee as defined in the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and is legally authorised to promote, sell and deliver wine via online or mail-order. A full copy of our Liquor Licence is available here. It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor.

By searching on the Website and purchasing products over the Website you accept, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Georges Road may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended or replacement terms and conditions on the Website.

Returns & Refunds – Wine
Please check your wines upon arrival to ensure they have reached you in good condition prior to signing acceptance of the delivery. All claims for non-delivery, short delivery or damage should be made as soon as possible by email.
Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Georges Road reaches you in top condition. Georges Road does not accept responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate handling or storage of the product by the customer. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us by email before returning any goods.
Any wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.
Refunds – Events
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event. To request a refund: contact [email protected], provide your name, ticket order number, and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
If the event is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund.
For rescheduled events, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
Service fees and add-ons are non-refundable.
No refunds for no-shows.
Description of Wines
We aim to provide as accurate a description of our wines as possible, but your personal perception may vary from our description.
Availability of Product
The website will show the full range of our current vintages; however the customer acknowledges that there may be limited availability. Georges Road reserves the right to restrict the number of bottles of a particular wine to each individual customer when quantities are limited.
Payment Policy
All prices are in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST at 15%. Every purchase is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Georges Road does not retain any credit card information provided by our customers. All payments are completed securely through our bank and payment provider. Our payment providers are committed to data security and use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorised access.
